If necessary, further tests will be ordered to determine a diagnosis. NorthShore Health Centers’ doctors and nurse practitioners – and, when needed, a behavioral health consultant – will then create a treatment plan, which may include medication, dietary changes, minor surgical procedures, or other care as needed. A follow-up visit will also be scheduled.
