Do you need help navigating insurance?

If you are uninsured or underinsured, NorthShore Health Centers has trained Navigators available to assist you with insurance options and eliminate any barriers to your health and wellness needs.

If you are being effected by the adjustments to Medicaid coverage now that the COVID-19 federal public health emergency is ending, our staff can help you navigate through the process of reestablishing eligibility. Medicaid Enrollment

Enrollment assistance is available at any of our NorthShore locations. The state of Indiana offers the Medicaid program for low-income families, including adults, children, and pregnant women.
