Virtual care allows patients to discuss medical concerns with a provider through video conference.
Patients receive a diagnosis and treatment plan for mild to moderate illnesses and are often able to manage ongoing health conditions like asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

A Few Steps After You Schedule A Telehealth Visit
A few steps after you schedule a telehealth visit:
- You will receive a text or email from us confirming your appointment date and time.
- You will also receive a link through text or email to fill out your registration paperwork prior to your appointment and provide the best way to reach you for your visit.
- We will contact you 10 minutes before your appointment to work through any missing paperwork and for you to pay for your visit..
- Your provider will call you to complete your visit.
