The Wellness Works Program helps organizations lower healthcare costs for both employees and employers. Through the company’s existing insurance plan, employees can access additional cost-saving benefits when using NorthShore’s services, leading to lower premiums. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NorthShore already offers conveniently-priced, comprehensive care including medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health and on-site 340B pharmacy offering discounted medications to our patients. The Wellness Works Program allows employees to access NorthShore’s variety of services, including primary preventative care, sick visits, chronic disease management, and annual wellness exams and screenings.
