NorthShore Health Centers’ Wellness Works Program partners with organizations to provide healthcare services that results in lower medical costs to both employee and employer. Under the company’s current insurance plan, NorthShore has the capability to providing additional cost benefits when utilizing our services resulting in lower premiums. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NorthShore already offers conveniently-priced, comprehensive care including medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health and on-site 340B pharmacy offering discounted medications to our patients. The Wellness Works Program allows employees to access NorthShore’s variety of services, including primary preventative care, sick visits, chronic disease management, and annual wellness exams and screenings.
