Chief Executive Officer
David Hall
David Hall has been at NorthShore since 2009. Originally receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Purdue University, he worked for the EJ&E Railway where he was required to maintain a constant safe and organized working environment while also improving rail quality and integrity per Federal Railroad Administration regulations. From 2004 to 2008, David served as Town Councilman in New Chicago, Indiana. His efforts as Town Councilman were to manage fiscal spending budgets and supervise the town’s utility departments to assure proper compliance with state regulations. He began his career at NorthShore Health Centers as the Facilities Manager in 2009. In this position, he was able to identify many cost saving processes, which lead to a promotion as Purchasing Manager. From here he continued to grow in the company later holding positions such as Site Director, Business Operations Officer and Chief Administrative officer, which have all played a key factor in the company’s success leading to his current position as the Chief Executive Officer. During this time frame, David also completed his MBA in Healthcare Management at Western Governors University while supervising and maintaining the daily operations.
David currently sits on the board of the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) and served as Vice Chair and Chair of the IPHCA Health Center Controlled Network Committee. He is an Advisory Board Member of the Southern New Hampshire University Administration Advisory Board and an Alumnus of Leadership of Northwest Indiana (LNI) Class of 2018.
Chief Operating Officer
Rachel Sanchez
Since joining NorthShore Health Centers in 2015, Rachel has served in a variety of roles and currently serves as their Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her time at NorthShore, she has assisted in coordinating multiple new endeavors, including starting a new telepsychiatry program, implementing paperless check-in with Phreesia, creating new school-based telehealth clinics, and achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home accreditation at all NorthShore clinics.
In her current role, Rachel is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational processes that improve performance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Along with compliance activities, she is also responsible for the coordination and implementation of new projects and programs that NorthShore embarks on.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, both from Valparaiso University. She is also a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert and an alumnus of the Leadership of Northwest Indiana (LNI) Class of 2020.
MD – Chief Medical Officer
Andi Arnautovic
Dr. Arnautovic, a veteran family physician, has been in practice since 1989. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. In his decades of service he has worked as an ER physician and a researcher, and also spent 10 years providing care to diverse and underprivileged families in South Chicago.
His guiding philosophy is to provide the highest quality care to patients regardless of their social or economic status. His favorite part of being a doctor is the relationship he builds with patients, and he is excited to serve communities across Northwest Indiana.
Dr. Arnautovic is married and has one child. He is active in humanitarian work worldwide, with a focus on underdeveloped countries.
Chief Financial Officer
Brad Wade
Brad Wade joined NorthShore Health Centers as Controller in September of 2023. As CFO, Brad is responsible for all financial functions of the organization and is an integral part of NorthShore’s management team.
Brad has worked in Finance for over a decade with a majority of his experience being in the healthcare and non-profit industries.
Brad holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Ball State University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Todd Elliott
Todd has assisted in establishing NorthShore Health Centers’ business development endeavors since joining NorthShore in 2014. His experience in growing, leading and managing outside field sales functions and translating high-level organizational goals into annual territory plans has helped to maximize NorthShore’s growth and profitability.
In his current role as Chief Strategy Officer, Todd is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies to fulfill the growth initiatives of NorthShore Health Centers. He oversees the company’s fundraising goals and engages sponsors in ongoing donor participation to help increase capital further supporting NorthShore’s growth and mission to provide increased access to quality health services for patients throughout Northwest Indiana. This includes leveraging key relationships and contacts within and outside of Northwest Indiana to ensure meeting corporate revenue and strategic goals.
Todd’s extensive experience and certifications in real estate, including professional designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, CLCS from the Hartford School of Commercial Insurance and Real Estate Brokers and Sales Licensures, has helped to drive NorthShore’s business development plans and strategies continuously. Todd is currently a member of the Big “I,” Northwest Indiana Independent Insurance Association, Certified Commercial Investor Member (CCIM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Indiana and Illinois Commercial Realtors Association, Young Commercial Real Estate Professionals and Professional Independent Commercial Real Estate Agents.
Chief Quality Officer
Alaina Albanese
A pharmacist by trade, Alaina’s background in pharmacy allowed her the experience of working with care teams to find affordable treatments and overcome patient barriers to treatment with varying populations. Through this work, she found her passion was more towards preventing gaps in care, which led her to join the quality team at NorthShore Health Centers in 2017.
As Chief Quality Officer, Alaina is responsible for the development, utilization, and coordination of all activities and functions of quality improvement, including developing short/long-term plans for QI strategies and the development of programs to review and evaluate patient care and outcomes. She is also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of clinical standards of care, which includes thorough investigation and follow-up of any safety events that occur and implementation of evidence-based solutions.
Alaina graduated from Purdue University, College of Pharmacy, as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Her training included positions in community, ambulatory, and hospital pharmacy, all of which led her to a quality improvement role. Alaina is also a member of the Indiana Pharmacy Association and the National Community Pharmacist Association.
