Dr. Arnautovic, a veteran family physician, has been in practice since 1989. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. In his decades of service, he has worked as an ER physician and a researcher and also spent 10 years providing care to diverse and underprivileged families in South Chicago.
His guiding philosophy is to provide the highest quality care to patients regardless of their social or economic status. His favorite part of being a doctor is the relationship he builds with patients, and he is excited to serve communities across Northwest Indiana.
Dr. Arnautovic is married and has one child. He is active in humanitarian work worldwide, with a focus on underdeveloped countries.
"What I enjoy most about working with patients is developing a close relationship. When I left my last position, I had a patient say “you can’t leave, you’re a part of us!” and that’s what gives my work meaning. It’s building that personal connection."
