Our newest location opened on Monday, August 9, 2021!
We have partnered with Strack and Van Til to bring convenient clinics to three cities in Northwest Indiana: Schererville, Crown Point, and St. John. Our Schererville location is currently open and seeing patients. The clinic will be open Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Patients will be able to make appointments or walk in and can use Medicaid, HIP, Medicare, commercial insurance plans, or take advantage of our discounted self-pay sliding scale.
