Moment of Laughter Day is April 14th. To celebrate, we wanted to share some ways that laughter can actually be beneficial to your health. Laughter can increase and then decrease your stress response, heart rate, and blood pressure, which can help you feel more relaxed after laughing. Also, laughing can improve your immune system, relieve pain, and improve your mood.
