Mask Requirement

Mask Requirement

Masks-1

We take the safety of our staff and patients seriously. Although the mask mandate in Indiana has ended, face masks are still required to be worn inside COVID-19 vaccination sites. NorthShore Health Centers is a vaccination site, and, therefore, masks are still required to be worn inside our facilities.

We care about your safety and have made this decision in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as well as to comply with the current Indiana face mask guidelines. If you do not have a face mask, please ask a staff member and we will provide one for you.
