We’re moving!
We’re excited to be expanding our La Porte clinic to offer more services and space for our patients. Our medical and substance abuse departments will be in our new building as of Monday, August 16th.
This move will allow us to add more services, in the near future, to assist the area with access to affordable quality care. We can’t wait to settle into our new space and continue being a member of the La Porte community.
