Kenneth always wanted to be a nurse practitioner because of the unique opportunity to develop patient rapport and assist the patient with developing healthy lifestyle habits. He worked in medical-surgical nursing for two years and taught undergraduate nurses. Pediatrics was my favorite clinical class in graduate school.
Kenneth first encountered pediatric nursing when shadowing his mother, a pediatric registered nurse, back 2014, and it quickly became his favorite clinical class in graduate school. He is extremely excited to work with the pediatric population as a provider, to have the opportunity to create healthy habits early, and watch as his patients and their families grow and develop.
Kenneth is married and a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago White Sox, and continues to play soccer and softball in the summer with friends. He has four cats: Marnie, Francine, Dalia, and Queen.
