Listening to music isn’t just enjoyable, it’s good for you, too! Music can help relieve stress by lowering cortisol and increasing oxytocin levels. Some research suggests that music can even help manage pain and help you sleep better. In this session, we will listen to music and read lyrics from a variety of genres, discuss how music makes us feel, and how music can be used as a healthy outlet.
