Spencer began her nursing career at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota on a Colorectal/General Surgical unit. She later moved closer to home and worked in family practice at Riverside Medical Center for two years while completing her nurse practitioner degree. After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Spencer spent four years serving patients at NorthShore Health Centers in Portage before transitioning to the NorthShore DeMotte clinic, where she currently practices.
She is passionate about healthcare and genuinely enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them live healthier lives. Spencer is a proud mom to one son and one daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects, photography, and spending time with her family and pets.
