In this session, we’re diving into diabetes and physical health. Diabetes affects many people, but it is something that you can absolutely take charge of with the right tools and support. The good news? Moving your body is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to keep your blood sugar in a healthy range. And it doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym. Turn up your favorite song and dance around the house, head out for a brisk walk with a friend, or get your hands dirty in the garden. Every step, stretch, and move helps! Along the way, you’ll boost your energy, lift your mood, and show your heart some love too. Join us to be encouraged to get moving and make healthy living feel good!
