That’s why NorthShore wants to help you get a Jump Start on Back to School. For the month of May, we will have additional providers available on select Saturdays to provide school physicals, well child checks, and immunizations at a more convenient time for you.
The schedule for these jump starts will be:
May 7th – Hammond
May 14th – Portage
May 21st – Lake Station
