Eating healthy doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy favorite foods from our childhood, but we can take those meals that “grandma used to make” and “healthy them up”! After learning some nutrition basics, you will learn about healthy substitutions in recipes of your favorite cultural foods and how to make healthy food choices at restaurants and on the go.
