We know that sometimes taking care of our health takes a backseat when so many other things are on our minds. Our mental health, specifically, can be impacted when we are worried about finances, causing feelings of anxiety, stress, worried thoughts, and even difficulty sleeping or depression. Budgeting can help you feel empowered and independent, freeing up space in your mind for other things that matter, like your health. This month, we are partnering with InnerMission to help you learn the why and how of budgeting! By the end of this session, you will be able to create and use an easy-to-understand budget for yourself and family. Refreshments provided.
