Sarah became a social worker because she believes people deserve a safe and collaborative space to process and heal. She is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and employs a compassionate, connected and collaborative approach through her therapeutic sessions. Through person centered and relational therapy, she uses empathy, unconditional positive regard and genuine understanding to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns. This helps her promote healthier behaviors and emotional responses.
In her free time, when she’s not chasing her three active boys, Sarah enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and rockhounding. She also enjoys relaxing by reading and writing.
"Social work is the art of listening and the science of hope."
