Dr. Sunje, M.D., M.S., of the Chicago Vein Institute, has recently partnered with NorthShore Health Centers. Dr. Sunje will be providing vein care for those suffering from conditions such as varicose veins to those suffering from conditions such as venous leg ulcers or edema. About 60% of the general population have some issue with their veins, and Dr. Sunje treats these issues in order to prevent complication or to address comfort or cosmetic symptoms.
Dr. Sunje has a lifetime of medical experience in hospitals and clinics around the world and said that the most important part of any kind of medicine is keeping the patient informed and comfortable. His patient-first philosophy is part of why he is excited to be partnering with a clinic as mission-driven as NorthShore Health Centers. He was drawn to their goal of providing quality care to everyone regardless of income, insurance status, or other factors.
