Celebrate National Health Centers Week with NorthShore Health Centers! Join us as we celebrate 30 years of building a healthy community—one patient at a time.

All week we’ll be hosting events across NorthShore locations, offering valuable resources and services for the whole family, including:

• Free backpacks for the first 50 children
• Car seat safety checks
• Blood pressure screenings
• Information on Centering and Women’s Health Services
• On-site Patient Navigators to answer questions about SHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and open enrollment

All events are free and open to the public!
