Dr. Sankaran has been practicing pediatrics for more than 25 years. She wanted to be a pediatrician ever since she was 4 years old. She was inspired by her pediatrician, who became her professor in medical school. She has always wanted to serve the community. As a pediatrician, she felt that she could be a good role model for children.
Dr. Sankaran is married and has one daughter. She strongly believes in lifestyle modification during childhood to prevent diseases in adulthood. Her interests include preventative care, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, mental health, and behavior problems.
"LOVE ALL SERVE ALL” - I truly believe in that. Love has wonderful healing potential. Working with children, the most favorite thing is when I give love, they give me back so much love. They are so pure and loving."
