Rachel Sanchez

Since joining NorthShore Health Centers in 2015, Rachel has served in a variety of roles and currently serves as their Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her time at NorthShore, she has assisted in coordinating multiple new endeavors including starting a new telepsychiatry program, implementing paperless check-in with Phreesia, creating new school-based telehealth clinics, and achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home accreditation at all NorthShore clinics.

In her current role, Rachel is responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational processes that improve performance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Along with compliance activities, she is also responsible for the coordination and implementation of new projects and programs that NorthShore embarks on.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, both from Valparaiso University. She is also a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert and an alumnus of Leadership of Northwest Indiana (LNI) Class of 2020.
