Jodie Kay Gaines, MSW, LSW, LCACA
The most humbling part of this profession is being given the privilege from each client to become part of their journey. It is truly an honor to be given this privilege and to watch clients flourish in recovery.
Jodie followed her heart and changed her career mid-life to become a Substance Abuse Counselor. This change was driven by the overwhelming need for access to mental health treatment she recognized in the community. During the process of her internships, she found her passion for working with clients affected by substance abuse. Jodie is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Behavioral Health.
Jodie is happily married and enjoys traveling, fishing, gardening, and unplanned field trips to flea marketing and antique malls with her husband.
