What is EyePACs?

EyePACs photography is a screening program that allows providers to capture and upload patient information and images manually or through their electronic health record system. Credentialed eye care clinicians can then view the images and make a diagnosis. The diagnosis is communicated to NorthShore through a report, and then your provider at NorthShore will follow up with you for treatment.
