Whether you smoke\, vape\, use chewing tobacco or other nicotine products\, this workshop will provide practical tools to help you take your next step toward becoming tobacco- and nicotine-free. Learn how nicotine affects the body\, identify your personal triggers\, explore mediations and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)\, and discover strategies for managing cravings\, withdrawal\, and setbacks. You’ll also learn how to create a quit plan that works for you and explore ongoing tobacco cessation support and resources available through NorthShore Health Centers.
