Join us for a gathering at our DeMotte location where a Nurse Practitioner will lead a discussion on what heart disease is, warning signs, prevention, and ways to improve your overall health. Other topics include: health issues unique to women at every stage of life and what preventative screenings are important to you – the heart of everything!
