With April here, beautiful weather is right around the corner so now is a great time to get active! Join us to learn more about diabetes and physical activity. We will go over different types of exercising, with encouraging ways for everyone to get moving, even beginners! We will review the benefits of movement, and how even walking and other low-impact routines can make a difference in your health and how you feel!
