May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Join us to learn more about how diabetes can impact depression, anxiety, and stress, and how your mental health impacts your diabetes. Learn new ways to reduce stress and anxiety and new healthy coping skills to help manage your diabetes. We will discuss the mind-body connection and how focusing on staying positive can help your overall health!
