This month we are focusing on your diabetic care schedule. Managing diabetes can feel overwhelming at times. Every day you have to make choices and take actions to help stay on track. In addition to daily tasks, there are lab tests and visits with your health care team throughout the year. This session will help you streamline that process, get organized, and stay on top or your diabetes care!
