With summer in full swing, let’s get outside! This month we will discuss the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of being outdoors. Managing diabetes is not just about medications and doctors’ visits. Join us as we celebrate how the great outdoors cannot just help improve diabetes, but increase our overall health and wellness! As always, Diabetic Diner will provide a diabetic-friendly recipe and food sampling!
