Roshanda Grayson-Thomas, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
After Roshanda had worked five years as a Registered Nurse on the Behavioral Medicine unit at the local hospital, she decided it was time for her to make a change in her career. She noticed that there was a shortage of Mental Health Providers in Northwest Indiana, a lack of understanding, and stigmas that surround mental illness. She wanted to return to school to become a provider and advocate in Northwest Indiana that will provide compassionate, empathetic, and evidence based care for those with mental illness.
Roshanda has been married to her wonderful husband for 18 years. They have 3 girls and 1 boy. Her hobbies are traveling, spending time with family, bowling, riding her motorcycle, and helping others.
