Perkin Stang, MD, MBA, FACOG, FAAFP
After reading “Indian Camp” by Ernest Hemingway, Dr. Stang had always wanted to do a cesarean section with his father, an OB/GYN in Merrillville.
He attended Catholic Elementary School in Crown Point. He graduated from high school at Culver Military Academy in Culver, IN. Aside from work, Dr. Stang likes to spend time with his family.
“I enjoy rural family practice and treating the whole person, not just the disease. My interests are in Eastern Religion and Philosophy, Meditation, and Martial Arts.”
