I chose the field of addiction and substance abuse because of the devastating effect I have witnessed with individuals, families, and communities. My passion is to serve others and watch the transformation of those in recovery.
Michael has worked in the mental health field in residential and outpatient services, so his roles have included case manager, facilitator, music program coordinator, and individual counselor.
He is married with eight children and his hobbies include playing basketball, playing guitar, road trips with his family, and coaching his kids. He loves the outdoors, and attending concerts and sporting events.
