Erin Matheny, FNP-C
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease. – WHO
Erin became a nurse practitioner because she wanted to provide comprehensive care to patients at an advanced level. She enjoys educating and helping others improve their quality of life, including their physical and mental health.
In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors. Her hobbies include hunting deer and pheasant, and spending time with friends and family. Working as an OB nurse, she was able to educate and promote wellness to new mothers and their babies. She wanted to continue this work as a nurse practitioner for a wider base of patients. She believes care for the emotional and physical wellbeing is just as important as care for illness.
