Casey Kalvaitis

Chief Human Resources Officer

Casey Kalvaitis joined the NorthShore Health Centers team as the Chief Human Resources Officer in April of 2023.  Casey has an extensive background in human capital management and leadership including over 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In his previous employment, he thrived in leading world-class teams that produce engaging, scalable, and impactful programs, tools, and resources to accelerate business performance and solidify the embodiment of a company’s culture. He has proven successful at identifying and ensuring appropriate work assignments, creating development plans to cultivate emerging talent, and taking action to increase the diversity of the candidate pool.

In his current role at NorthShore, Casey is responsible for planning and organizing a variety of complex administrative and professional duties related to the Human Resource functions of the company. Casey and his team work to develop policies for organizational effectiveness, including compensation and benefit systems, classification structures, recruitment, employee development and training, performance management, policy administration/compliance, and employee relations.

Casey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership. He is a Senior Certified Professional (SCHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and holds professional affiliations with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Management Association (AMA) and International Public Management Association, Human Resources (IPMA-HR). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six daughters. He is a sports and fitness enthusiast whose pursuits have included football, wrestling, marathoning, and weightlifting.
