Early on, as an educator, the pressures on teachers and parents and the outpouring of emotional needs of students shifted Ann’s focus to mental health. A class in counseling skills for teachers felt like an invitation to redirect her professional direction to helping others through counseling.
Ann enjoys nature, walking, movies, books, and art. More than anything, she loves time with her family.
